Booking Procedure

 Successfully complete your entry into the 2016 Lesotho Ultra Trail (no accommodation can be booked without race entry confirmation)

  1. Make your accommodation selection from the list below
  2. Complete enquiry form at the top of the page (accommodation is preferential to LUT competitors)
  3. Await receipt of enquiry from Maliba Lodge within 48hrs (contact Maliba booking office for all queries This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or +27 31 702 8791)
  4. Confirm your accommodation and meal requirements and await pro-forma invoice
  5. Complete payment within 48 hours

 

Please note

  • Accommodation will not be booked without a race entry.
  • Athletes may be accompanied by one spectator.
  • Group bookings will allow for a maximum of 4 guests provided two members of the group are participating in the race with valid race entries.
  • Group bookings of up to four will be accommodated in Tent accommodation only.

 

Accommodation Options:

  • 5 Star Mountain Lodge - Twin or Double (4 rooms available)

  • 3 Star River Lodge - Twin or Double (16 rooms available)

  • Riverside Huts - 2 beds and a sleeper (3 rooms available)

  • Tented Accommodation - Between 2 and 4 in a large luxury safari tent. Only matress is provided- bedding and lighting must be brought by the participant

     

 

Meals:

All Maliba Lodge Packages include meals. If you choose to stay elsewhere meals are available for purchase at the rates below.

MOUNTAIN LODGE - 5 Star (2 per room):

RIVER LODGE (2 per room; 8 per lodge):

RIVER SIDE HUT

Maliba Lodge Cancellation Policy 

All runners/non-runners who cancel accommodation and meals are obligated to find replacements and advise booking office as soon as possible. A R300 admin fee will be charged.

Terms and conditions as well as cancellation policy are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit (non-negotiable)

-           Cancellation more than 30 days prior to date of travel- No Charge

-           Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival - 25% Cancellation Fee

-           Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival - 50% Cancellation Fee

-           Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival -100% Cancellation Fee
